SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Book delivery

Book orders are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom. UK Standard Delivery costs £3.49 and normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Clothing and other products

Clothing and other products may be produced and dispatched by a separate fulfilment provider. Available delivery locations, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Products ordered together may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, please contact us at joesutton@btinternet.com.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
